How to flash your firmware?

You can flash your firmware using the provided online tool, via web serial.

1. Make sure Brian is in the ‘debug console’ usb mode.

2. Connect Brian via USB to this computer

3. Select FW build from the list below

4. Click ‘FW upload’ button of the preferred method

5. You will be prompted to select an appropriate USB device. Brian will most likely list as /dev/ttyACM* on linux, or as a COM port on windows, sometimes presented as USB JTAG or serial debug unit

6. Wait until the web tool finishes updating firmware

7. During the upload process, Brian will blink its buttons in red color.

8. Wait until Brian finishes internal post-firmware update processes.
